LEADERSHIP TRANSITION ANNOUNCEMENT FROM COMMUNITY STATE BANK BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ORBISONIA, PA – As of July 17, 2026, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Michael J. Bibak officially retired from Community State Bank and the Board of Directors promoted Nicole Wilson, CPA, MBA to President and CEO.

“From the outset, the timing of Mike’s departure was intentionally flexible, allowing it to be guided by the progress of the transition to Nicole Wilson and her leadership team. We are pleased to say the transition unfolded exactly as intended – thoughtfully planned, deliberate, productive and successful,” remarked Chairman of the Board, Jessica Tice. “The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Mike for his vision, determination, and unwavering commitment during the past three-plus years.”

Wilson has been serving as President of Community State Bank since February 2026. She started her career at CSB in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

She is a smart, capable leader whose experience – from the teller line, to public accounting, to serving as the CSB’s Chief Financial Officer for the past six and a half years – gives her a deep and well-rounded understanding of banking, our communities, and our bank,” said Tice. “Nicole has a clear vision for the future, one that aligns with our strategic plan and our Mision, Vision, and Core Values. We have every confidence in her ability to lead Community State Bank into its next chapter.”

Prior to joining CSB, Wilson worked as a certified public accountant that specialized in financial institution audit and nonprofit audit and tax. She also serves as Treasurer on the Fulton County Medical Center’s Foundation Board. Wilson resides in Greencastle, Pa. with her husband and daughter.
