Community State Bank Board of Directors Announce President / Chief Executive Officer Retirement and Leadership Transition
ORBISONIA, PA – Community State Bank’s Chairman of the Board, Jessica Tice, has announced that Michael J. Bibak, President and Chief Executive Officer, has announced his intent to retire effective December 31, 2026.
“Though Mike’s tenure with Community State Bank has been relatively short, his impact has been significant,” remarked Tice. “He was brought in with a clear mandate: to strengthen the bank’s foundation, enhance our compliance and risk posture, and develop the next generation of leadership. He delivered on all fronts.”
“I am honored to work with a group of dedicated individuals who are committed to the employees of the bank and the customers we serve in our market,” commented Bibak. Mike joined Community State Bank in 2023, bringing with him 35 years of experience in the banking industry. Throughout his career, he has been known for his commitment to sound banking practices and his appreciation for the role of community banks in serving local needs.
CSB’s Board of Directors has selected Nicole E. Wilson, CPA to succeed Bibak as President effective February 2, 2026. Bibak will remain CEO until his retirement. “Nicole brings a deep understanding of community banking, a strong commitment to customer relationships, and a clear vision for continued growth and improved financial performance. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to balance business development with the ongoing need to maintain a strong risk and compliance framework,” said Tice.

Wilson currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at CSB. Her career at CSB started in 2019. Wilson’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in technical management, with an emphasis in accounting, a master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, and graduation from the Leadership Franklin County and Pennsylvania Bankers Association Leadership Institute programs. Prior to joining the bank’s management team, Wilson worked eleven years as a certified public accountant, specializing in financial institution audit and tax and nonprofit audit and tax. Wilson has also been involved with the Fulton County Medical Center Foundation for several years, previously as a member of the Planned Giving Committee and joined the Foundation Board in 2025, recently being named Treasurer. Wilson resides in McConnellsburg, Pa. with her husband and her daughter.
