Community State Bank Appoints New Board Members
ORBISONIA, PA – Jessica Tice, Chairman of Community State Bank’s Board has announced the appointment of two new directors to Community State Bank’s Board of Directors: Paul Schemel and Cory Sisto. Schemel is an attorney and partner with Dick, Stein, Schemel, Wine & Frey, LLP with offices in Fulton and Franklin counties. Sisto serves as Chief Operating Officer of IFC Services, Inc. in Mount Union, Pa.
“Both Paul and Cory spoke passionately about the value of community banking in our market area during their interviews. Their experience, perspectives, and commitment to our communities will be valuable additions to board decisions,” announced Tice.

Schemel received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Va. As a partner at Dick, Stein, Schemel, Wine & Frey, LLP, he practices in the areas of estate planning, business law, mergers and acquisitions, municipal law, and real estate development. He represents clients in transactions, government matters, and business formation. Throughout his career, he has held various civic positions, most recently as State Representative for the 90th District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He also actively serves on several nonprofit boards including Fulton County Medical Center.
Sisto attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa. and received his Bachelor of Science degree in education. He has held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IFC Services, Inc. in Mount Union, Pa. since 2001. Sisto is also very active on local boards that focus on community partnerships and development including Huntingdon County Business and Industry (Board President), JVBDS Citizens’ Advisory Board (Board President), Southern Alleghenies Workforce Development Board (Board Chair), and the Huntingdon Career and Technology Center’s Health Occupations Advisory Board (Board Member).
