Community State Bank Names New Chief Financial Officer
ORBISONIA, PA – In October of this year, Community State Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Michael J. Bibak announced his intent to retire in December of 2026, appointing current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Nicole E. Wilson, CPA as President effective February 2, 2026.
Succession planning has been underway and CSB is excited to announce that Gary D. Snyder, CPA, has joined the Bank to fill the role as CFO.
“I am excited to welcome Gary Snyder as our new Chief Financial Officer. Having had the privilege of working closely with him for several years, I know firsthand the expertise, integrity, and dedication he will bring to the role. Gary’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our financial foundation and customer relationships,” remarks Wilson on her successor.
Snyder began his career in banking before going into public accounting. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University and is a graduate of Leadership Franklin County. Prior to joining CSB, he was an audit manager with over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and assurance specializing in financial institutions, healthcare and non-profit industries. Gary is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer at Totem Pole Playhouse in Fayetteville, Pa. He lives in Chambersburg with his wife and has a grown daughter and son.
