Dawn has over 35 years at CSB. She started her career in Data Entry and worked her way into retail lending before making the switch over to Business Lending. Dawn's favorite part about her role is being able to help business owners' dreams come true by providing growth opportunities to get into a new building or expand their current! She said the best feeling in the world is knowing you were able to be a part of someone else's dream. In Dawn's free time she enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family.
Rick came to the CSB team 4 years ago and he brought over 28 years of banking and lending experience with him. He said he is grateful to be back with a community bank that has that "family" feeling to it. Rick enjoys being able to help customers achieve their goals. Rick enjoys spending his days off golfing, hunting, and traveling.
Jordan joined the CSB Team in March of 2021. Prior to CSB he was an auditor of financial institutions, non-profits, and local governments. During that time he gained knowledge of bank requirements and the regulatory environment. Jordan is a Penn State graduate with a Masters's in Accounting. During his time at CSB he has been able to graduate with top honors from the PACB School of Commercial Lending. Jordan grew up with a self-employed father so he understands the importance that businesses and their owners have on the community. He enjoys being able to help business owners achieve their goals and needs. Outside of work Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and woodworking.

Dan has been with Community State bank for over 13 years. His passion for property management, and helping community members, along with 40 years of experience in the industry makes him a trusted advisor for your lending needs. Dan started his career with Penn Central Bank, Huntingdon Pennsylvania, in 1981. Since then, he attended the Personal Bankers Association School of Banking and School of Commerical Lending. Dan appreciates the hometown, locally managed, atmosphere.
